This privacy policy explains how The Tracking People, a sub-brand of North Digital, handles your personal data when you use our website. We are based in the UK and Poland, and we take data protection seriously.

- Contact form details: Your name, email address, and project description when you submit an enquiry via our Formspree contact form.
- Analytics data: Information about how you interact with our website, collected via Google Analytics 4, provided you have given your consent.

- To respond to your enquiries and provide tracking consultancy services.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve its performance and content.
Cookies
We use a consent management platform (Silktide CMP) to handle your cookie preferences. By default, no marketing or analytics cookies are set.
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (such as CSRF protection and Formspree submission handling). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics 4 to help us measure traffic. These are only activated if you grant consent.

Third parties
